This phase includes preparing preliminary design concepts after the contextual and environmental study analysis for the project site. The Concept Design Team (CD) provides key support and coordinating with all design teams, enabling use of the most up-to-date tenders & technologies.  We work closely with the client and identify project objectives at the earliest stages. We support and empower teams to deliver their design objectives, while helping to maintain positive, long-lasting client relationships to output the following:

⦁ Pre-Concept Architectural Design
⦁ Facades design
⦁ Analytical Study for the project’s site showing the location of the project’s buildings
⦁ Architectural Space plans showing the function and usage of spaces for each floor
⦁ Design Concept for the architectural elevations
⦁ Creating Perspective snap shots for every building that visualizes the external building’s elevations
⦁ Submittal of Preliminary engineering drawings from the institute of engineering authority, prepared and proposed to the owner and applying any adjustments to the preliminary drawings if necessary.
⦁ Calculating the preliminary cost estimate of the project and proposing it to the owner
