Dr Hakim El-Afifi, the founder and chairman of El-Afifi house of expertise, graduated from Alexandria university in the year 1968 to become one of the distinct military engineers for the engineering authority of armed forces.
Dr Hakim was responsible for construction supervision for the underground structure and fortifications since the year 1969 to 1974.
He joined the military technical college to teach its students building construction.
